Hey, I’m Mark, and I started working at Mirazon in June 2024.

I started my journey in project management when I joined a process reengineering team, where I got to see firsthand how a few well-thought-out changes could streamline operations. After our recommendations were approved, I was given the opportunity to take on a new challenge and moved to the company headquarters to implement them. Since then, I’ve found my passion in bringing structure and clarity to complex projects.

Before joining Mirazon, I worked at the West Corporation as a Technical Project Manager in the corporate Program Management Office, where I honed my skills managing large-scale technical initiatives. Now at Mirazon, I love being able to provide people with tools and services that make their jobs — and lives — a little bit easier.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at the rink. I play ice hockey a couple of times a week, holding down the fort as a goalie. It’s a high-pressure role that’s taught me a lot about staying calm under pressure and always keeping an eye on the puck (or project!).
