Chris Proctor
My name is Chris Proctor and I began working for Mirazon in November of 2014 as an account executive for the Kansas City region. I recall that within just the first week of joining this team the passion, excitement, and enthusiasm the employees have for this company and their customers is very evident. The desire to strive for excellence while working to make clients as successful as possible goes unmatched with any team I have been part of.
I have been in the IT and telecom industry for over 18 years, spending some of that time with two different telecommunications companies in Kansas City before joining Mirazon. My career has led me to a variety of experiences within technology, both in the front end and back end of the business. After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in network and communications management from DeVry University, I spent several years in sales and customer service. I eventually moved to system support and analysis for a major IT billing platform at Sprint. This also led me into many levels of project management. I hold a strong passion for helping our client’s businesses achieve success through technology. Building strong relationships within our industry among clients and vendors has been something I take great pride in and has been vital in allowing me to deliver superior customer service to our clients.
My wife Michelle and I were married in 2003. We have two boys and two girls. Our lives are often quite busy with our four children. Michelle teaches dance at the studio our daughter attends and I coach baseball for my son’s team. We are heavily involved with our church and enjoy teaching teen group and being part of the leadership teams within the church. We love the outdoors, including backpacking; especially in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. We recently ventured off to the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California and backpacked for a week on the John Muir Trail. It was the trip of a lifetime! We also enjoy canoeing, fishing, hunting, and camping.
We are avid KC sports fans, especially the Chiefs, Royals and Sporting KC. We have been so fortunate to witness and cheer on multiple championships the past several years with friends and family and have created some of the best memories of our life during those times.
