Hey, I’m Alex, and I started working at Mirazon in February 2025.

I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving, learning new things, and thinking critically. What really motivates me is the opportunity to help others. Having been on the other side of the equation—often the one reaching out with issues—I’ve experienced firsthand how impactful the person on the other end can be in resolving a situation. I want to be that person who makes a positive difference.

Before joining Mirazon, I’ve always worked in account management and customer service across different industries. Most recently, I was involved in marketing and healthcare, where I gained valuable experience while still focusing on building strong client relationships and providing excellent support.

At my job, I enjoy the process of critical thinking and finding solutions to problems—it’s one of the most fulfilling aspects for me.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors. I started a small 4×4 garden in 2020 to teach my daughter where food comes from, and since then, we’ve expanded to three 12×6 raised beds. From February to November, you’ll find me in the backyard with my kids and dog, tending to the garden. I’m also passionate about volunteering at school events, reading, or listening to podcasts.
