Hey, I’m Derek and I started working at Mirazon in January of 2024.

Before joining Mirazon, I was an Assistant Sales Manager at a national sporting goods wholesale company – but what got me interested in the tech field was the fact that I’ve always been intrigued by technology. I love seeing the new tech that’s out there, and I’m always on top of industry trends. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know my customers and how to better serve them. By providing them with the newest products, getting issues resolved as quickly as possible, or helping them grow their business, my goal is to be their go-to person – and I love doing it.

In my spare time, you’ll usually find me cooking (I’m a professionally trained chef and get to cook a lot more at home now), going to the gym, or hunting whenever I get the chance. I also used to play ice hockey as a kid, and I still play it today at Iceland!
