Hi, I’m Charlie Arvin and I started working at Mirazon in March of 2022.

A few decades ago, I started in the computer industry as an analyst/programmer. I worked my way up to Senior Engineer and had the opportunity to build out the first PC network for a major retailer headquartered in Brentwood, TN.

I’ve always enjoyed being the “computer guy” hero who helps relieve the stress of computer problems for others. I started working in the Managed Service Provider space in 1996 as a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Manager for an automobile manufacturing company in Smyrna, TN. Then, in 1998, I shifted to the Technical Services Manager, which I continued through 2010.

I transitioned to the healthcare industry in 2011 as the Network Operations Manager for building a new hospital complex in southern Indiana. I continued in healthcare until 2020, when I left my Project Manager position at a major hospital in Los Angeles and moved back home to Kentucky.

I was so grateful to get back into the MSP business when I found Mirazon; it has truly been one of the best places to work in Kentucky!

I enjoy visiting with my family, traveling, kayaking, and sunny beaches!
