Hi! I’m Todd, and I started at Mirazon in January of 2021.

Before joining the Mirazon team, I spent six years working for Geek Squad doing PC repair, and the last three years I worked for other IT companies as a helpdesk and a field technician.

I love computers and have always been a PC gamer. I built my first desktop when I was 16. I look at IT support like a puzzle. Trouble tickets are the puzzle, and I love to put the pieces together to try and find a solution. It’s also kind of like being a doctor, but nobody is going to die if I make a mistake. I really enjoy that aha! moment when I resolve a complex issue.

In my spare time, I spend time with my kids, go to concerts, play PC games, and enjoy a cold beer. I love to cook and barbecue.

Oh, and I guarantee I make the best-grilled cheese you will ever eat.
