Fred Moore
Hello, I’m Fred Moore and am happy to be a part of the Louisville engineering team.
My interests range from cooking to wood working, however, my family is my biggest priority.
I have a beautiful wife, Elaine, and two great kids, Jon and Caroline. We enjoy going hiking, bike riding, and just goofing around. We are blessed to live in a city where you can see and do so many activities all year and never be bored!
We attend Sojourn Community Church where the teaching is lively and community is a shared experience.
Favorite Food
Seared goat cheese and arugula with a raspberry vinaigrette salad, short ribs with cheesy polenta, and drinking chocolate with a dusting of cayenne and nibs. Pair this with a deep, body Shiraz and the night is set!
Favorite Music
I have a pretty broad interests from Liszt to The Clash to Skillet. I always enjoy a good beat and positive lyrics.
Dream Vacation
If I could do my ultimate vacation, it would be a month long journey through the Italian Alps, eating my way through Tuscany, and ending in Maranello as one of their test drivers. Or, anywhere in the Caribbean with my wife.
Favorite Book
The Message is my go-to resource for life. I do enjoy reading some classics like the Chronicles of Narnia series, most anything dealing with woodworking, and cooking recipes (always looking for inspiration).
